Liel Abada had been a real shining light in Celtic’s topsy-turvy season so far since his move from Maccabi Petah Tikva in the summer. Forming a deadly wing-duo partnership with Jota since their arrivals, the Israeli international had etched his name into the hearts of Celtic fans after some very strong performances from the wing.
And, this afternoon, the winger took to Celtic’s Instagram to give a Q&A about himself so the fans could get to know him better.
Favourite goal you scored since joining?
My favourite goal was against Midtjylland because it was my first goal for Celtic.
Do you sing the song we’ve made for you?
Yes I love this song, when the fans sing it, it makes me very happy! Thank you for your support.
Who’s the best player you’ve played with?
I think the best player I’ve played with is Manor Solomon. He plays for Israel national team, he is a good player and a good talent.
How has life been in Glasgow?
I really like the city, everybody is very nice to me, I really enjoy it here even if the weather is cold!
Who was your footballing hero growing up?
My favourite player growing up was Cristiano Ronaldo, I really liked watching him and he is the best player ever.
