The Ayrshire side have beaten Celtic twice at Rugby Park this season; however, Brendan will be keen to make sure his side show their supremacy at Paradise on Saturday.

Rangers had the chance to go top of the table for the second time this month but, as they did against Aberdeen, they were unable to do it. It will likely worry that Rangers supporters that they cannot take advantage of the opportunities to put serious pressure on Brendan Rodgers’ side.

Celtic have been far from their best but have been grinding results out. The rhetoric around the club has been exaggerated, suggesting that they are miles of their city rivals. In nine, Celtic have eight wins and one draw, which is a good record. Now, the performances need to stack up and the team need to get the fans onside for what is set to be a title race.
