Celtic Ticket Office issues Important Update

A Microsoft outage has been causing havoc around the world today with airports closed, banks affected and broadcasters like Sky News unable to function. This is a global outage and it has reached as far as the Celtic Ticket Office who have this morning provided an ‘important update’ to Celtic supporters.

This update from the Celtic Ticket Office reads as follows:

IMPORTANT UPDATE : Due to a global third-party system outage, some online services, including our ticketing platform are experiencing disruption today.

We are monitoring the situation closely but as a result we have postponed today’s online sale of tickets for the opening fixture of the 2024/25 season. Please note the ability to buy Celtic FC Women’s Season Tickets is also impacted.

We will update supporters in due course, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Many other clubs are reporting similar problems.
