Ange Postecoglou Will name his side for this evening’s game against St Mirren at around 4.15pm. The Scottish Champions won 4-1 on the road against St Johnstone in the League last weekend but the focus switches to the Scottish Cup and Stephen Robinson’s side, who are the only domestic side to beat Celtic this season.

So for a bit of fun we thought we’d try to second guess Ange to see how many we get correct in his starting eleven.

In goals, we reckon Joe Hart starts. The Englishman conceded against St Johnstone through a fine strike from Drey Wright but he will be keen to notch another shutout against his name.

In defence, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt should start in the central pairing. Alistair Johnston is likely to be named at right-back whilst Greg Taylor should get the nod at left-back.

In midfield, captain Callum McGregor starts as a given at the base of the Celtic central three. Aaron Mooy we reckon will be on the right of the skipper in the No.8 role with Reo Hatate occupying the left No.8 role.

In attack, Kyogo must play through the middle with Daizen Maeda starting on the left with Jota on the right in our view.

On the bench: Bain, Ralston, Kobayashi, O’Riley, Iwata, Oh, Haksabanovic, Abada, Forrest.

Whichever team Ange opts for will be the one he believes stands the best chance of winning the match.
