Chloe Logan signs a new three-year deal at Celtic

Celtic FC Women have announced that Chloe Logan has extended her stay with the Celts.

Our homegrown goalkeeper will remain at the club until the summer of 2027 and is said to be a key figure in Elena Sadiku’s squad, having made her way through the academy ranks to first-team football in the 10 seasons she’s been at the club.

During her time in Glasgow, she has been part of many important moments. From playing in the Women’s Champions League to making history last season, she is an experienced shot stopper who will undoubtedly be a great player to keep around.

After graduating from Celtic’s youth system, Logan left Celtic for Stirling University in an attempt to establish herself as first-choice goalkeeper but returned to the Hoops in 2019. She suffered a serious knee injury that saw her sidelined for some time but she has since returned to full fitness and is a fantastic asset to the club.

Our starting goalkeeper Kelsey Daugherty is currently contracted to Celtic until 2025. Should she leave the club, Logan would likely have the chance to become first-choice goalkeeper yet again. It would be great to keep both of them around though as they are both fantastic players in their own right.

Logan becomes another name in the list of Celtic players to have extended their contract with the club. Amy Gallacher, Clare Goldie, Lucy Ashworth-Clifford and Hana Kerner have all recently committed their future to the SWPL1 Champions.

We’re certainly looking strong as we approach flag day at Paradise!

Can i ask where you think Celtic will finish this season , given the way City have strengthened and the huge squad the Huns retain i predict that without new sighings we are looking at 3rd place for our Ghirls , unless the twins turn out to be world beaters then, imo we are weaker than last season , hope im wrong , Hail hail .

I personally think we are stronger. Much stronger! Really looking forward to the season and think we’ll retain the title. If we don’t, then it’ll be by a slim margin.
