Former Celtic striker Chris Sutton is known for being a wind up merchant, a joker with a dry sense of humour and for being eccentric at times. He is a hero to many Norwich, Blackburn and Celtic fans, but the man has heroes of his own and he was caught on camera meeting one of his idols over the weekend.
Sutton uploaded the video footage to his Twitter account and the clip has gone viral, with almost 400,000 views to date. Indeed, the Englishman was meeting none other than Pluto – screaming the Disney character’s name and waving like an excited schoolboy – no doubt to entertain his kids, who accompanied him on the family trip to “the most magical place on earth”.
It’s fair to say the reaction from all quarters has been a bit mixed to this one. Let’s leave it at that!
