Injured French defender Christopher Jullien, currently back home in Paris as he works on his rehabilitation for his knee injury sustained against Dundee Utd at the end of last year when he collided with the goalpost at Celtic Park, is the latest player to send a message to Neil Lennon who officially resigned as the Celtic manager this morning.
“Thank you Coach for believing in me and for the memories. Good Luck!,” Jullien tweeted. The big defender of course scored two very memorable and significant goals in Neil Lennon’s second stint in charge of the club. The first that never to be forgotten winner in the last minute against Lazio at Celtic Park and the second the ten yards offside winner against theRangers in the League Cup Final at Hampden in December 2019 to deny the Ibrox club the chance to win their first ever trophy since Charles Green picked up the assets from the busted flush of a club that died trying to compete with Celtic.
