FIFA 21 will be released this month and supporters are already pre-ordering the game as is now habitual for many. The video game had 10 million players for the 2020 edition and now as the release draws nearer, details are being released on a daily basis ahead of the launch.
Celtic’s ratings have been released and there are a few surprisingly low ratings within the ranks of the Scottish Champions – namely Odsonne Edouard’s 75.
Celtic’s energetic midfielder Callum McGregor has the highest score along side new signing Shane Duffy, who share 77.
Wide pair James Forrest and Mo Elyounoussi both have a rating of 76.
New goalkeeper Vasilis Barkas has 75 and is joined by Ryan Christie, Scott Brown, Christopher Jullien and Odsonne Edouard on that rating.
Olivier Ntcham and Kris Ajer share 73 with Tom Rogic.
The rating of Edouard is surprising considering he had a TOTS card earlier in the year after his stellar season. No doubt the base level is to encourage you to buy the game and then pay for packs to get the higher rated release of the player that will inevitably come.
Scott Bain, Leigh Griffith, Hatem Abd Elhamed, Albian Ajeti and Greg Taylor have all been awarded the 72 rating by the game makers.
Youngsters Jeremie Frimpong and Mikey Johnston are rated as 70 after making more first team appearances last season.
The rest are as follows:
David Turnbull – 69
Nir Bitton – 69
Ismaila Soro – 68
Patryk Klimala – 65
Anthony Ralston – 65
Karamoko Dembele – 64
Conor Hazard – 64
Supporters will be eager to get their hands on the new edition of the game even if it doesn’t have Celtic Park included like PES does.
