Gary Hughes, his Missus, a GREEN tie, a BRIGHT GREEN handbag and a LUMINOUS GREEN mobile phone

NEW Chief Executive Ian Maxwell hit back at The Great Unwashed today at the SFA AGM, claiming that there is no bias at the governing body.

Maxwell was wearing a light blue shirt and a dark blue tie – these things are important as we’ll move on to discuss.

Maxwell said: “I’ve not seen any sign of anybody (working for the SFA) being anything other than wholly independent.

“It’s hugely important that we are seen as being independent. We’re a governing body and part of our function is to govern the game.

“To do that properly there has to be real independence and I’ve not seen any sign of anything other than that in my time on the board and it’s important that continues.

“My door is always open and I’ll always be here to speak to any club about any concerns they have.”

Dave King has chosen to fight these bias battles against anyone within the game with a known Celtic link through press releases and articles on through fans media. The idea that someone would keep a press cutting from an insignificant trade magazine from 12 years ago to use against someone is as petty as it is pathetic.

That Gary Hughes though had it coming.

In a new revelation released to co-incide with with the SFA AGM The Great Unwashed have revealed detailed information about where Hughes was sitting at the Scottish Cup Semi-Final in April 2016, who he was sitting beside, and what he was wearing. It really is a revelation that could have come from someone in the seats next to Hughes – who presumably was having to deal with the smell as he was so close to The Great Unwashed.

“Mr Hughes and his good lady were positioned in the row directly behind the Rangers directors in his capacity as a neutral observer,” The Great Unwashed revealed today.

“This neutrality was somewhat equivocated by Gary looking resplendent in his green tie (perhaps his SFA one was in the wash?) and his missus radiant complete with a “bright green” bag and a “luminous green” phone.”

So there’s your bias. Hughes wore a GREEN tie. His wife actually turned up at Hampden with BRIGHT GREEN handbag and the woman has a LUMINOUS GREEN phone. They sat in the ‘impartial SFA seats blatantly displaying their bias to the Rangers board who behaved impeccably throughout proceedings and didn’t over celebrate causing Dermot Desmond to get serious and bring in Brendan Rodgers…

Above are our pics from that semi-final in 2016 – Regan is in beside the Rangers directors – bias? Surely not, but there is no sign of Hughes and his good lady sitting behind them.  Regan seems to have been wearing a BLUE tie that day too, shocking eh?

Is this all that they have got? A bloke’s 12 year old joke and a green tie at a game?

Now that that’s clear can we deal with the Notice of Complaint please?
