Celtic’s social media admin team earlier today trolled the latest Ibrox club over their terrible new strip and clothing launch. Typically showing no cohesion or sense – which is true to form and consistent of them in all fairness – they have released a clothing range with the logo of famous rock band AC/DC.
In what appears to be an attempt to fleece more cash from their gullible fanbase, their PR team have went truly beyond the pale with this latest stunt. There was a pre-cursor to the reveal earlier today in which lots of their support thought they were about to reveal a new signing, but instead were sold another lemon by their new club.
Celtic’s very own admin couldn’t help but rub salt into the wounds of the despondent fanbase of the club Charles Green founded in 2012 – revealing that the black Celtic away strip was back in stock throughout stores, with the added tagline of “Back in Black”, a famous song by the Rock icons AC/DC of course.
It seems that the piper must be paid and that the Ibrox supporters are truly on a “Highway to Hell”.

I never use the phrase “beyond the pale” as it has its roots in anti-Irish racism. When the Englush invaded Ireland in the 12th century, they built a palisade around the Dublin area and set up their administration within “the Pale”. They considered everyone outside the Pale to be savages. Much later, in the reign of Elizabeth I, when anti Catholicism was running high, the term “beyond the pale” became a comment which described anything or anyone to be unacceptable or intolerable. I avoid using this phrase and I encourage others to avoid it.
