CELTIC’S new signing Christopher Jullien has revealed that he has been in constant contact with Odsonne Edouard over the past week os so as French Eddie helped convince his pal to join the growing French foreign legion in the East end of Glasgow.
Jullien signed a four year contract at Celtic this morning after sailing through his medical and he will now meet up with his new teammates at the club’s training camp in Austria on Sunday.
Our new defender also revealed that he’d been watching The Celtic games last season and had been particularly pleased for Odsonne who is of course a former teammate at Toulouse.
Speaking to the official site from the club’s training camp in Austria, Odsonne gave his thoughts on the arrival of Christopher Jullien to Celtic.
“Christopher is a very good player. I liked playing with him at Toulouse and he’s a good friend of mine.
“We kept in contact and I’m very happy that he’s signed for Celtic. I’m excited to play alongside him again, he can help the team a lot!”
