2. European cup win

The glory of the Celtic football team continued, and it was even more glorious in 1967. In that same year, the club won every competition they played. It was the same year they had their first European cup win. They had a 2-1-win over Inter Milan in the European cup, played at the Estadio National in Lisbon on 25 May, 1967. They became the first British club to  win the European Cup, which these days is called the Champions League.  Celtic remain the only Scottish club to have become European Champions. 

3. Two x Nine in a row league titles and an incredible Quadruple Treble 

Celtic FC have had much to celebrate over the years.The glory days continued as they won the league championship trophy nine times in a row between 1965- 74.
