“I’ll get a warm reception at Ibrox, they’ll be looking forward to seeing me,” Ange joked at his media conference today.

The Ibrox club despite being in pot 1 were handed a nightmare draw and will also have to negotiate games against the likes of Man United, Lyon, and Olympiacos. So it looks like the luck they carry in terms of an easy ride in Europe has come to an end.

Big Ange will be relishing returning to Glasgow especially to such a hostile environment. He will also get to renew acquaintances with the SMSM who he got on so well with!

Maybe Brendan Rodgers can offer Spurs the use of Lennoxtown to prepare for the game, now that would be quite something!

Spurs are a decent side with some cracking players and after a full season of being well drilled in the Ange Postecoglou philosophy, they will be more formidable than they were last season. Something that doesn’t bode well for Phillipe Clement and his Galacticos.

It will be good to see Ange back in Glasgow and he can be sure each and every one of the Celtic supporters will be backing his side as they head to Ibrox.
