It’s an iconic photo in modern Celtic history and one most of us have seen:

Sure to put the fear of God in defenders, Hartson, Sutton and Larsson played a combined total of 713 games for Celtic, scoring 437 goals. An astonishing average of netting in 61.29% of matches, the trio got the better of some of the best defences in Europe.

At times Sutton would play behind Larsson and Hartson. Such was the Englishman’s versatility, he could even be played at centre back. However, with a fully fit squad available, there was no doubt that Larsson and Sutton was the first pick duo. Something Larsson has said himself before and Hartson seems only too happy to admit, going by his latest tweet.

How we would love the three of them back in Paradise today.
