Lenny confirms Vasilis Barkas is his first choice keeper, as Celtic TV goes behind the scenes at BCDs Paradise

CELTIC TV have just posted an interesting video on social media in which anchor Gerry McCulloch explains the measures that that the club have in place for the Behind Closed Doors matches at Celtic Park starting with Sunday’s Premiership opener against Hamilton.

McCulloch explains the purpose of the various zone, where the team will enter the stadium, how the various officials from each club – up to a maximum of ten – will park and how the press and photographers will be performing their match day duties under these totally unique circumstances.

The Celtic dressing room has also changed and there is social distancing within the dug-outs with only four people allowed in each one. The subs have designated areas within the red zone where they can sit in the lower main stand, as we all saw earlier in the week at the two friendlies against Ross County and Hibs.

And all interviews with players and management will take place outside just in front of the main stand, as McCulloch explains.

As the Scottish Government has set a target date of 14 September for fans to return, Celtic are urging all supporters NOT to attempt to head along to Celtic Park for the BCDs games.

Meanwhile Celtic manager Neil Lennon at his pre-match press conference this afternoon has revealed that he is still looking to add another striker and admits that his squad still needs strengthening in certain areas. Lenny also confirms Vasilis Barkas is the first choice Celtic goalkeeper so expect him to make his debut on Sunday. More to follow on what Lenny has been saying.
