Pass To Paradise: 5 Things You Need To Know

There have been mixed reviews of the Pass To Paradise so far. For some the links have worked well, for others they’ve been booted out the stream, unable to watch the game or have experienced constant buffering.

Celtic have listed some of the most common queries fielded by their technical support team during these test matches:

  1. Not received your login details?

Please visit https://eticketing.co.uk/celtic to make sure your contact details are up to date.

  2. Login to https://celticfcpass.com as early as possible for every game!

Avoid leaving it to the last minute, just like with a physical Season Ticket – the later you leave it, the more chance there is of you queuing to get in and missing the start of the game! Smiling face with open mouth and cold sweat.

  3. If you’re experiencing buffering, try one of the four links situated below the main video player to find the stream that works best for your device and connectivity.
  4. We’ve had lots of requests for more advice on casting and currently working on a guide to help those struggling with this.
  5. We’ll be running a final test event between the hours of 6pm and 9pm CPT on Thursday, 30 July.

It’s important that you login during this period to ensure everything is working before the Hoops’ season opener on Sunday!
