Carter-Vickers has been immense since joining initially on loan from Tottenham Hotspur before making the move permanent. The Celtic star were clamouring for the move to be made in the summer of 2021 and the player has performed admirably since pulling on the Hoops.
The win over theRangers saw a typically impressive performance from CCV, who was already nursing this injury. Ange said that the player had told the manager and medical staff that he wanted to make this game, despite advice to get the injury tidied up sooner. It is testament to the player and he should enjoy a well-earned rest.
