It was always going to be risky for the Sky cameras to focus on Steven Gerrard as he walked out of the tunnel surrounded by a mass of Celtic fans, and the result was as expected.
You can’t see it in the picture, but the Celtic fan holding the fingers up sucked the cameras in with a cheeky smile and a wave as the Rangers manager came out of the tunnel.
That soon changed as the wave turned to both fingers and Gerrard was given a fairly traditionally welcome. It might be petty, but you still love to see it:
