Morocco are through to the semi-finals of the 2022 World Cup after beating Portugal. The result makes them the first African side to reach this stage in the competition’s history after a valiant effort in defence.
Despite having no Moroccan players, Celtic made an appearance in the crowd with a Moroccan supporter wearing a Celtic home shirt. Hopefully, this hero is having a great evening – unlike Ronaldo who left the field crying.
Morocco will now face either France or England for a place in the World Cup Final.
