Photo Of The Day: The Two Jimmy’s

Today’s photo of the day is of the two Jimmy’s – Jim ‘Sniper’ McColl and Jimmy ‘Napoleon’ McMenemy – both Celtic legends.

In their playing days, Sniper scored 126 goals in 169 games for Celtic between 1913-20. Napoleon scored 168 goals in 515 games for the club between 1902-20. However, the chosen image shows the duo spending time together after their careers had ended.

These legends should never be forgotten.

Any idea when and where the photo was taken, Liam? Possibly early 1960s? Napoleon died in 1965, and Sniper in 1978.
