Scotty Sinclair has issued a statement of intent to Celtic manager Neil Lennon that he is ‘ready’ to comeback into the fold with the Scottish Champions.
Sinclair took to social media site Instagram to showcase his peak physical condition to his 220k followers with a shredded snap taken whilst holidaying in Dubai with his family.
Sinclair posted the caption “No matter what the situation, I’m focused and ready!” – highlighting to the Celtic support that he is keen to battle his way back into the reckoning for a starting role at Celtic. He also included captions such as ‘patience’, ‘belief’, ‘focused’ and ‘determination’.
The 2016/17 Player of the Year has scored 62 goals and assisted 34 times in 166 appearances for Celtic since arriving from Aston Villa and has won nine trophies out of nine. Sinclair will be hoping to be involved as the Celts target ten trophies in a row next month.
The 30-year-old has fallen behind Moi Elyounoussi and Mikey Johnston in the battle for the left wing berth; however, with the multitude of games approaching, the former Swansea favourite will be hoping to make his mark and wrestle a starting slot back.
