Disappointed Celtic fans have been giving their post-match reaction to the 1-0 defeat at Ibrox this afternoon in what was a frustrating afternoon for the vast Celtic support watching the match on television. Despite dominating possession in the first half Odsonne Edouard missed a sitter after being set-up by Kyogo and it was probably harder to miss the target than score for the French striker.
Goalless at the break the home side started brightly after the interval and were eventually rewarded by a goal from Helander who got a free header at a corner kick, giving Joe Hart no chance.
Kyogo forced the first save of the game from the third choice Ibrox keeper with Ryan Christie screaming for a pass, that possibly influenced the Japanese striker a few moments later when he attempted a pass when a shot was the better option.
It ended in a frustrating 1-0 win for the him side which leave Celtic with two successive away Scottish Premiership defeats having lost on the opening day at Tynecastle.

“Disappointing, but not disastrous. A lot to work on, and lessons will have been learned. Is it ever worth trying to jam in your best players at the expense of the naturals? Montgomery immediately more effective down the left. Balogun MOTM? No wonder. All right feet on the left,” John Hughes.

“We dominated the 1st half. The second half was even and they took their only chance. Definitely not lambasting anyone for their performance, we just missed poor chances again.
