Sky Sports have updated Celtic’s fixture ahead of the return to Cinch Premiership action. The Scottish Champions are currently nine points ahead on the top of the league and will be keen to get back to action when the World Cup kicks off.

The broadcasters updated to provide the kick off times for some upcoming games as Celtic face a busy festive schedule.

The opening game against Aberdeen will be a stern test, with Ange’s team winning by single goals on their visits last season.

The Hibernian game at Easter Road will kick-off at 8pm now. While the Rangers game is still fixed for 12:30pm on Monday 2nd.

The late January trip to Tannadice, where Celtic won 9-0 earlier this year, will now be played on the Sunday at 4pm.

The kick off times are as below:

Saturday December 17: Aberdeen vs Celtic, kick-off 12.30pm

Wednesday December 28: Hibernian vs Celtic, kick-off 8pm

Monday January 2: Rangers vs Celtic, kick-off 12.30pm

Sunday January 29: Dundee United v Celtic, kick-off 4pm

If Celtic can get through this potentially hazardous list of away fixtures, they’ll be well placed to push towards the title.
