Sutton puts TikTok Todd put in his place, awaiting Sky Sports response to Ibrox ban

TikTok Todd, Aka Todd Cantwell, theRangers player who likes to do a lot of talking, opened his big mouth yet again last night, but this time had a pop at the wrong person.

His target was the one and only Chris Sutton and oh how he would regret picking that particular fight. Tik Tok Todd commented on a tweet by an account who asked twitter users who the best Scottish football pundit was. Todd replied “ I can tell you isn’t Chris Sutton”.

The Ibrox hordes who are just as bright as Todd lapped it up, big licks and all that. Todd would have sat back on his chair with a big grin at the thought of winding up the former Celtic striker Sutton while being lauded by theRangers supporters.

Unfortunately for him Chris quickly kicked that chair and sent him flat on his backside with a quick witted reply.

Sutton tweeted back; “Here is some balanced factual from last season TikTok that you may not enjoy… you joined Rangers on a free from the championship and lost every meaningful game against Celtic and won nothing.”

Shots were fired by Chris and as usual he didn’t miss. Todd was brought back down to earth with a few home truths by the only man in the media with the guts to call out such deluded talk. Chris Sutton remains banned from Ibrox as their board have stated that they cannot guarantee his safety. That last bit seems to be accurate enough because Celtic won’t be taking the 700 tickets on offer for that wee corner because there is no guarantee of safety for Celtic supporters.

However Sutton has been appointed by Sky Sports to replace Andy Walker and to provide as much pro-Celtic content as Kris Boyd provides for theRangers. Boyd has no problem getting in and out of Celtic Park, just as the 800 of their supporters have had no problems attending Glasgow Derby matches at Celtic Park.

The problems all seem to be at Ibrox and you wonder what Sky Sports will say if their new pundit is denied entry to the first Glasgow Derby match of the new season?

Well done big Chris, on sorting out TikTok Todd last night and on your brilliant new appointment at Sky Sports.
