Team’s Up – Brendan makes eight changes for Falkirk clash

Brendan Rodgers has named his Celtic team for this afternoon’s League Cup Quarter Final against Falkirk. The manager has made eight changes from the team that beat Slovan Bratislava.

Kasper Schmeichel starts in goals. The Dane spent a loan spell at Falkirk and will be looking forward to facing off against the visitors from The Falkirk Stadium.

In defence, Stephen Welsh starts alongside Auston Trusty with Alex Valle and Tony Ralston in the fullback berths.

In midfield, captain Callum McGregor is joined by Reo Hatate and Paulo Bernardo.

In attack, Adam Idah starts through the middle. The Irishman is joined by Luis Palma and James Forrest in the wide areas.
