Stephen McManus and Darren O’Dea have named their side for this afternoon’s Glasgow Derby against Rangers at Ibrox. The teams meet in the Scottish Lowland Football League and a victory would see the Hoops overtake their Glasgow rivals in the table into second behind Spartans.

Celtic B: Clarke, McPherson, Anderson (C), Lawal, Robertson, Kelly, Davidson, Carse, Brooks, Letsosa, Quinn.

On the bench: Murray, Morrison, Corr, Thomson, Murphy, Dobbie, Cummings.

Rocco Vata and Ben Summers are in Dingwall today with the first team and are accordingly unavailable for selection in this game. Joey Dawson, the B team’s prolific target man, is injured.

The game in Govan kicks off at 2pm.

Celtic beat the Ibrox club in March, winning 3-1 with Rangers playing first team players such as John Souttar and Yilmaz. Carse scored one that day and Dawson got a brace. Back in December, the youngsters put on a show with an exciting 5-2 win.

Ange Postecoglou’s Celtic face Rangers at Celtic Park next weekend with a victory pushing the Scottish Champions towards two-in-a-row.
