Celtic travel to Ibrox today to play Rangers in the final Glasgow Derby match of the season. Despite dominating in three of the four games this season, Celtic have lost three and drawn one, scoring just once. John Kennedy has named his side, opting for one of the strongest sides that Celtic have put out this season.
It looks like a 4-3-3 with Forrest and Elyounoussi giving natural width, something that the fullbacks struggled to give in the Scottish Cup defeat a few weeks ago.
In goals, Scott Bain continues as number one.
The back four is Jonjoe Kenny at right back, a centre half pairing of Stephen Welsh and Kris Ajer then Greg Taylor starts at left back.
In midfield, Kennedy has opted for a three in midfield with Scott Brown, Callum McGregor and David Turnbull.
In attack, Odsonne Edouard starts up front. He is joined by Moi Elyounoussi on the left and James Forrest on the right.
Subs: Barkas, Bitton, Griffiths, Ajeti, Soro, Christie, Johnston, Ralston, Laxalt
It is two changes from the side that were beaten 2-0 at Ibrox a fortnight ago with Laxalt and Christie dropping out. Celtic will be hoping to conclude The Glasgow Derby fixtures this season with a win, which would also be Scott Brown’s last as Celtic captain. The supporters are owed something back from the players and staff after a miserable season so hopefully we can get the three points now and set us on our way for next season.
