Brendan Rodgers has named his side for this afternoon’s Premiership clash against Aberdeen. The Scottish Champions will be looking to put some space between themselves and their nearest challengers, Aberdeen.

Kasper Schmeichel starts in goals. The Dane conceded his first goal as Celtic goalkeeper in the league in the win over Ross County and he’ll be looking to get back to keeping a clean sheet.

Despite Cameron Carter-Vickers returning to training, the USA Internationalist has not been named in the Matchday squad. Auston Trusty and Liam Scales make up the central pairing with Alex Valle and Alistair Johnston at fullback.

In midfield, Reo Hatate gets the nod to start alongside Callum McGregor and Arne Engels.

In attack, Kyogo starts through the middle with Nicolas Kühn and Daizen Maeda.
