Steve Clarke has named his Scotland team for this evening’s must win game against Hungary. The Scotland manager has named two of the 3IAR Champions in his starting XI with Callum McGregor and Tony Ralston starting. The Celtic skipper was excellent against the Swiss while Ralston’s error led to an equaliser; however, the manager has shown his faith in the player.

Angus Gunn starts in goals and he will need to be at his best to keep the ball out the net. In front of the Norwich goalie, a back three comprising Jack Hendry, Grant Hanley and Scott McKenna.

In midfield, Callum McGregor starts with Billy Gilmour with Andy Robertson and Ralston in the wide roles.

Scott McTominay and John McGinn start in the advanced midfield roles with Che Adams the lone striker.

Scotland: Gunn, Hendry, Hanley, McKenna, Ralston, Gilmour, McGregor, Robertson, McTominay, McGinn, Adams.

Subs: Kelly, Clark, Christie, Shankland, Cooper, Armstrong, Morgan, Conway, Jack, McCrorie, McLean, Taylor, Forrest.

A win will (almost surely) result in Scotland taking their place in the knockout round, where a top team likely awaits. Scotland could make history this evening and it could be a famous result.

Come on Scotland!
