Ange Postecoglou has named a fresh XI for the second half of this evening’s pre season friendly against Rapid Vienna. With the game going into the interval sitting at 1-1, the manager made ten substitutes.
In goals, Scott Bain replaces Joe Hart.
In defence, only Osaze Urhoghide retains his place at right back. Greg Taylor comes in at left back for Alexander Bernabei. In the centre of defence, Christopher Jullien and Bosun Lawal come in for Cameron Carter-Vickers and Stephen Welsh.
In midfield, Callum McGregor, Reo Hatate and Matt O’Riley are replaced by David Turnbull, Yosuke Ideguchi and James McCarthy.
James Forrest takes the captains armband as he replaces Maeda on the left. Abada is on the right, replacing Jota whilst Giakoumakis is replaced by Kyogo.
