Everyone’s talking about it – Shane Duffy is now a Celtic player. As he said himself, the move fulfills a boyhood dream for the Derry man and it’s a genuine statement. Indeed, this video was shot in a Derry pub and was uploaded to social media a few weeks ago.
Duffy can be seen singing with fans about ten in a row, before being serenaded by punters and popular Irish musician, Damien Quinn.
Being a Celtic fan isn’t everything that’s required in a player, but when coupled with Duffy’s ability and experience, it can only be a positive during such a historic campaign. The signing has certainly given the support a huge boost and has clearly worried the supporters of the current league leaders.
