CELTIC have taken a dig at Glasgow rivals Rangers in an incredible PR move to announce the kit launch with Adidas tomorrow. Following on from Rangers’ decision to release content claiming Glasgow was blue, the Scottish Champions, who have won 11 trophies in row, as well as 9 consecutive titles have used their social media account to rightfully call Glasgow ‘Our City’.

Celtic and Adidas signed a multi-million pound deal for the German manufacturers to become the club’s kit makers for five seasons and with the club on the verge of 10 successive titles, the club created the slogan ‘ten years in the making’ whilst releasing the kit on July 10. Various streets across the city were painted in the club’s tagline promoting the launch tomorrow.

The kit will no doubt sell incredibly well; however, big teams do not boast about kit sales they instead showcase their trophies. With 50,000 season ticket renewing, the club are preparing for the new season in which the club aim to eclipse the record created by Jock Stein in 1974.
