SUNDAY was a surreal experience for supporters as Celtic started the league season. The 2019/20 Champions flag was hoisted in an empty Celtic Park as Coronavirus’ threat still appears apparent across the globe.
Whilst Scott Brown carried the trophy onto the park, the flag was already raised above the North Stand and a video has emerged of one of Celtic’s club staff raising the league flag.
Hopefully we are there to see it in person some time soon as it was difficult watching Celtic play in Paradise with no supporters.
