Luis Palma thought he’d won the game after a fizzing cross found its way goal wards. Then, Blair Spittal thought he had secured a point for Stuart Kettlewell’s team with a tidy finish. This sparked Well Bois to enter the park and celebrate.Whilst many teams might have let their heads drop after this, Celtic did not. Brendan Rodgers’ team had a minute of magic left with Greg Taylor picking out O’Riley as he entered the box. The Great Dane finished well, high into the net, to secure the win.
Palma’s goal wasn’t a “fizzing cross” if you’ve watched any past clips of him playing you’d see he has scored several goals exactly like this, cutting in from the left and bending a shot around tge defenders and goalie from the corner of the box, into the net.
