Reo Hatate has put Celtic within touching distance of the League Cup Semi Finals after a clever bit of skill allowed him to make it 3-0. The midfielder has been bright this evening and he was rewarded with a goal. He took the ball on the turn, shielding it from the defender and then using his quick feet to take the goalkeeper and defender out of the game.

Liel Abada turned provider, he hit the line and cut the ball back allowing the Japanese midfielder to take the ball and rolling it around Liam Kelly and cooly placing into the back of the net.

Celtic will be confident that the scoreline is unassailable, meaning that they will enter the draw for the Semi Finals at Hampden – which takes place after Rangers host Dundee at Ibrox.
