Celtic have released more footage of the Bhoys training up at our Lennoxtown Headquarters, after posting one earlier in the week for the fans to enjoy. There was noticeable absentees in that earlier one, with Reo Hatate, Aaron Mooy and Greg Taylor missing in action as the manager took the lads through their paces this week.

This latest one shows Mooy and Taylor in the mix, but the absence of Reo Hatate is palpable and as Ange Postecoglou has alread stated today, the wonderful midfield playmaker will miss out on this Glasgow Derby match. It is definitely a miss not having a player of that class and quality in our starting line-up. But it does give others an opportunity to become the hero this time around.

With Tomoki Iwata, Matt O’Riley and David Turnbull waiting in the wings, there is a plethora of talented midfielder that Ange Postecoglou has at his disposal. It is in situations such as this that the merits of a strong squad depth really comes into sharp focus. It is, after all, the business end of the campaign and there is glory at the end of the road!

Tomorrow’s game represents another chance for the Hoops to blow the much peddled assertion that the gap isn’t that significant out the water completely. The media and ex-Ibrox players have been out in force lately saying how the League Cup Final was close because the scoreline was 2-1. We should’ve ran up a cricket score that day and they know it. Time we put on the style again inside a Parkhead that will be free of away fans into the bargain.

Lets give them something to gloat about this time Bhoys!
