Rangers scored their fourth goal of the afternoon after veteran striker Jermain Defoe weaved through the weak, passive Celtic defence and found the net. Celtic totally capitulated in the second half as the ten men struggled to get a foothold in the game. Too often this season have we written that a game highlights the failings of our season but this was it, poor decision making, bad defending and woeful finishing.

Rangers deserved their victory but, in truth, Celtic made it easy for them. The club need an enormous overhaul that needs to be well underway already. The club are at risk of regressing an enormous amount (even more so than already evident) if they do not act quickly.
