Conor Hazard was in the nets for Northern Ireland tonight as they slipped to a 2-1 defeat in the friendly in Belfast. The 23-year-old was helpless with the first goal that the USA scored as he was wrong footed to a deflection. However, the second goal the Celtic goalie could have done a lot better – considering his heroics in December against Hearts in the Scottish Cup Final.
The penalty goes down the middle and Hazard looks almost surprised by the poor quality from the Chelsea star.

Although, despite the poor penalty that Hazard could have kicked away, he was still able to make a smart save from Pulisic later on in the game.
NEARLY HAD THREE!
Daryl Dike was slipped through on goal by Pulisic, but @NorthernIreland‘s Conor Hazard did well to come off his line and deny the attempt.

Hazard made a breakthrough into the first team and was the hero as Celtic clinched the Quadruple Treble on penalties, even if he may have been at fault for one of Hearts’ equalisers. Celtic will know that Hazard is talented but needs games to get these mistakes out of his system and he will build into a competent goalkeeper.
