Hearts won’t like this penalty because it will feel avoidable, but the hand is up in the air and it looks like an easy award for the ref to give.
You have to think that Craig Gordon will have plenty of practice against Eddy in training so he would know what to expect from the spot, but clearly he wasn’t ready for this.

It’s an outrageous piece of skill that absolutely backfires if Gordon stands still, but it’s utterly glorious to see and Celtic are firmly in the driving seat.
