John Kennedy oversaw a 1-0 win in his first game in interim charge as Celtic boss. The 37-year-old made a few minor tactical analysis and despite the scoreline, Celtic were in total control with Kennedy opting to take the team back to the days of Brendan Rodgers, who believed in possession and passes as the means to break teams down.

It was only a goal from Odsonne Edouard that sealed the three points in which Celtic were forced to fight against a determined Aberdeen side. Kennedy will be pleased, even if the scoreline did not highlight the dominance of Celtic.
