Following on from our article about the Gallowgate’s historic Celtic connection and the addition that the bars in that area have made to the matchday experience and Celtic supporting culture, we felt it appropriate to reference this song by Charlie and the Bhoys, which pays tribute to a number of establishments and the Gallowgate area itself.
We all long for the day that we can get back to supporting Celtic in the flesh, not just the 90 minutes in the stadium, but the full day out in the pubs, on the buses, with the songs playing and then onto Paradise.
