CELTIC fought back to beat St Mirren after the worst possible start in Paisley. Lee Erwin found himself free of his man and able to take a touch and bundle the ball into the net to give Jim Goodwin’s side a dream start.
Shane Duffy and James Forrest's goals helped Celtic come from behind to win 2-1 at St Mirren and stay in touch with Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership 🟢

However, it was a Celtic defender that broke the resolve of the Buddies. Shane Duffy met a Ryan Christie header to make it two goals in two games for the Irish defender. Christie again was the provider with an inch perfect cross that James Forrest timed perfectly to give Celtic the lead.
Odsonne Edouard had the chance to make it 3-1 from the spot but Bobby Zlamal managed to keep him at bay with a tidy save if not a poor penalty from the Frenchman.
Celtic will now go on to face Livingston at the weekend with the opportunity to go top of the league, with Rangers playing again on Sunday.
