With the recent re-appointment of Brendan Rodgers as the Celtic manager, the Celtic YouTube account has uploaded a video containing the highlights of five classic Celtic matches which took place during Brendan’s first stint as Celtic boss. Firstly, the clip shows the highlights of Celtic’s 5-1 demolition job of theRangers, which took place in September 2016. Then we see Brendan lead the Bhoys in September 2016 to a 3-3 draw at home against Manchester City in the Champions League. This is followed by the Scottish Cup final in 2016, where Celtic defeated Aberdeen 2-1. The final two sets of highlights are Celtic defeating theRangers twice in 2018, 3-2 away and 5-0 at home. These clips really go to show the heights Celtic enjoyed with Brendan at the helm, hopefully with his return, he will aim to top the success he previously enjoyed at Celtic.
