Video: ‘I know what it means to our people’, Ange previews League Cup Final

Ange Postecoglou has spoken about his passion for football ahead of the League Cup Final against Rangers at the weekend. The Celtic manager has said that he knows how passionate the fans are because he himself is so passionate about the game and all that its given him.

Speaking to Viaplay, Ange said that he knows what the game means to supporters of the club as Celtic look to win the trophy on Sunday.

Postecoglou has clearly understood what the club means to the supporters from the getgo and carries himself in a manner befitting of the football club. The Australian is humble but willing to call a spade a spade. Since coming in, he has defended the club whenever he has had to despite attempts to draw him into soundbites on certain subjects.

Sunday’s Final will be an excellent spectacle but Celtic will be hopeful that they can get retain the trophy that was won in December 2021 by beating Hibernian at Hampden.
