NEIL LENNON is always a cool customer when signings are being discussed, he likes to keep his cards close to his chest and at today’s media conference the Irishman gave nothing away when asked about potential interest in Preston’s Ben Davies and Charlton’s Alfie Doughty.
Both players are out of contract next year and the club would be able to seal a pre-contract move in January. This may be something that Celtic can explore as Davies was the subject of a rejected £4m bid from Bournemouth in the week.
