Two years ago today, Ryan Christie introduced himself to the Celtic faithful and made a claim to get a first team spot. It wasn’t the young midfielder’s debut, but it was the first time he announced himself on the big stage.
Coming on as a second half substitute, Christie put in a great performance, which was capped off with a stunning strike into the top corner. He never looked back from that moment and went on to become an instrumental player in the team, coming up with a number of important goals.
