James Forrest popped up to restore Celtic’s two-goal cushion with a clinical finish to make it 3-1. Liel Abada beat the offside trap and charged into the box, his shot was saved but Forrest made no mistake on the follow-up, blasting his effort into the net.
It is his 13th European goal for the club and what a time to come up with it as Jablonec pushed for an equaliser. Forrest has had a quiet evening by his own standards but the goal will give Ange Postecoglou a lot more comfort going into the final 25 mins.
