Video: Joe Hart arrives with Premiership trophy ahead of Celtic Park farewell

Celtic hero Joe Hart has walked up the Celtic Way with the Cinch Premiership trophy as he prepares for his final game at Celtic Park. The 37-year-old will retire at the end of the season and has been immense as Celtic have sealed a third successive title.

In what will be his penultimate game of professional football, the ex-Man City man will be hoping to go out with two wins and two trophies.
