Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart led the celebrations at Rugby Park after the Hoops won 5-0 to clinch the league title. The 37-year-old will retire at the end of this season and has been excellent in his three years at Celtic, often being underrated and under appreciated by many.
However, he has shown how much the club means to him and how much he loves winning. As the team celebrated their third successive title, Hart was at the heart of celebrations.
Hart was emotional at the final whistle as he took the acclaim of the Celtic fans behind the goals.
