Jonjoe Kenny has joined Celtic on loan until the end of the season. The 23-year-old arrives to replace the right back void left by Jeremie Frimpong, who left earlier in the window for Bayer Leverkusen in a deal worth £11.5m.
Kenny spent a year on loan with Schalke in the Bundesliga in which he showcased the skills that he will likely bring to Celtic.
Hopefully Kenny can help bring a degree of respectability to the Celtic defence in this short time. Neil Lennon remains at the club, despite the promise of a January review at the club.
